Our studio provides a beautiful, peaceful, and sacred space to expand your practice through fun and challenging yoga classes, quiet sitting time, and a diverse range of workshops.
Yoga builds strength, increases flexibility, improves balance, and sharpens concentration. It aligns the physical, intellectual, energy, and wisdom bodies ~ so that we may align ourselves with others, in a conscious, uni-versal style, that is aimed toward mending the web of life.
