Classical Style Hatha Yoga
This morning class will refresh and invigorate your body, mind and spirit. It's different everyday, but you can always count on a variety of inversions, great upper body work, stretchy hip opening sequences, heart opening backbends and energetic alignment. Come join in our early morning fun, and find out for yourself what these morning yogies are talking about!

Power Yoga
With Ashtanga style Sun Salutations and vinyasas throughout, this class will clear your mind, and really get into the nooks and crannies of your body, and your practice! Our lineup of poses is diverse ~ always a variety of inversions, standing sequences, super fun arm-balances, and backbends ~ this class will take you out of your routine, and right into that sacred space between the external force of gravity and the internal force of the breath. Working on something in particular? Let us know before class, and we'll work it into the sequence. We love requests!

Classical Style Hatha Yoga
We get more work done in this Wednesday night class than in the morning class. A wonderful way to spend 90 minutes with a great group of yogies. We often start this class with a meditation, or a mudra to get you warmed up, then we work our way through Sun Salutations, inversions, fun sequencing and more! At One Song, we like to find the challenges on the mat, so the rest of life becomes effortless!

Quiet Time at One Song
This is one of the things we are most grateful to offer in this new space. Quiet time will be an hour and 15 minute open window of time for you to come in and sit quietly, for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or the whole time. Forget the hustle and bustle of lunch hour during your work week, and come into this quiet space ~ listen to the sound of chimes, or a gentle fountain. When you arrive, you will find candlelight and prearranged seating, for a no fuss arrival. You could even lie down and take a nap! (snorers will be gently nudged) Sitting quietly often needs to be relearned. Give this a try and we think you'll love it!
Saturday Noon ~ 1:45
Classical Style Hatha Yoga
We take a little extra time in the Saturday class. Similar to our Wednesday evening class, but with more time given to meditation, mudras or savasana. We don't mind if you need to leave a little early, either.
All of our yoga classes are suitable for the fit beginner, to the more advanced yogi. If you are a total beginner and are looking more of an introductory yoga class, be sure to ask us ~ with over 45 classes a week offered at Yoga Bhoga, there is a perfect class for everyone!
